Bones Brigade - Mike McGill & Steve Caballero on Warp magazine

We photographed Mike McGill and Steve CAballero at gigantic, Cunningham skate park in San Jose. the next day of movie premier of "bones Brigade" by a director, Stacy Peralta.
There was the skate contest on the next day, lots of the skater from the all over the world,, literally.. were there.. and crazy talented kidz and girls skater!!  We just hung out couple of hours, watching these 2 OG skaters with kids to elder skaters. They skate like nothing that it made me feel like i even can skate like them.. Of course not..
After they enjoyed skating quite much, we had the shoot and interviews.  Mike McGill actually taught me how to shoot him in the huge 360 pipe which i saw those on skate magazines but i never ever encounter physically.. it was fascinating. Bones Brigade - Lance Mountain & Tommy Guerrero on Warp Magazine

Here's another spread from "bones Brigade" story on Warp magazine Japan.
We met Lance Mountain at Pro Skater Arto's private pool ramp in hollywood. Skate Brand Flip was filming their promotional video in there, we also met Greyson Fletcher who we photographed couple years ago when he was still 14-15 yrs old in here. It was so cool to meet him still doing great and grow up now!!  Now, Mr.Lance was amazing subject. He does all funny crazy stuffs that our shoot was definitely fun and i got lots of amazing shots that will be published on my website later on.
 I wanted to do this "coffin" position of the shot since i saw Lance doing coffin with his son (at-that-time a baby) that i really loved that photo..
  Tommy Guerrero.. We drove up to San Francisco, stayed in San Jose for "bones Brigade" private movie premier.  We met Tommy at his office that were filled with tons of amazing art pieces and all. He wanted the photo him skating. yes i'm not skate photographer, but.. i sometimes enjoy shooting it. After this we drove in crazy traffic to San jose.. (continue to the other page..)
