CR on Gower Street, Document

I had another amazing opportunity to photo document artist, CR installing his amazing piece on Gower Street. He's based on Brooklyn and visiting LA for few days. I've been fan of his works for a while and finally documented him in LA when he had a show at known gallery last year, then last April, around the opening of "Art in The Street" show at Moca when he installed in Downtown. Now, it's time to make some another mini photo book zine from these photos!

X-large shoot on FLJ Magazine

It was another super fun shoot. It's tie-up fashion page of Brand X-Large on FLJ magazine.

Concept was 1990s Beastie Boyz LA era with current X-large clothing. I got these amazing 3 models. Well they're not "pro"model" but pro skaters. However, They were so natural, know what they're doing, and it was so easy to collaborate with and I believe we all enjoyed this hommage theme shoot. Thank you all, Jarold Webb, Elliott Wright and DJ Chavez, all jumping many times in the hot weather with lots of layer of clothing.. Antoher Thankx to Kiwam Omae for production, And Tomo, for your help and suppport during my hard time and location scout with me. And first and the last, Huge thanx to Mr.Ohno for assigning me, this crazy fun shoot!

Ventura Blvd Magazine Cover !!

I photographed "Family story" for Ventura blvd magazine. this is their 2nd issue and I made their cover with my photo!  I knew it's already out but couldn't see it actually till today, when I went to whole foods for little shopping and found this at the cashier section.
   I shot couple of covers already and of course, when I had the first one, i got super stoked and always excite me somehow. Now, it was totally fresh to see at the store, in their cashier section. yay!  Wish I could find it together and shared this feeling with my one and only, Robert.

I had opportunity to photograph Charice, amazing singer with beautiful voice. She's such a sweet fun person we had fun shoot. Here's the photo from that shoot on the news page of Sony Music Japan's website.   In Japan, you will be able to check her new song "Far as the sky" as the main theme song of new drama "Bull Doctor". Check!

Macbeth-Tom on FLJ

Photographed Tom Delonge at his shoe company Macbeth office in Carlsbad for FLJ Magazine. It was really cool office that has his music studio where he was recording new stuffs, 2 big stage sets from Blink 182's, also Angeles & airwaves and Breast Cancer Charity offices with art pieces all over. 

 here's the shot at the loft area that has magnet wall with shoes that has strong magnet inside.
